Café Couture is proudly based in the United Kingdom, and all orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from the UK.

Delivery Coverage

Delivery availability and charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Dispatch Time

All orders are prepared with care and typically dispatched within:

  • 1–2 business days after order confirmation
    (Excludes weekends and public holidays)

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery : 3–5 working days

Important Delivery Policy

Once your order status changes to “Shipped”, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Due to the edible and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns after dispatch.

Exceptions only apply if :

  • The item is damaged on arrival
  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

These must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Packaging & Safety

Customs & International Duties

Missed or Failed Deliveries
