Our products are edible, delicate, and crafted for hygiene safety, our policy is clear, transparent, and strictly followed.

Important Notice

Once an order status changes to “Shipped”, it is not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.

This policy is in place due to:

  • Food safety regulations
  • Hygiene standards
  • The fragile nature of edible decor

This applies to all customers without exception, except in the specific cases listed below.

When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted

We only accept return or refund requests if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a faulty product
  • You received the wrong item

These issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Claim

To request a replacement or refund, please email our support team with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photographs or video of the issue
  3. A short description of the problem

Claims without visual proof cannot be processed.

What Happens After Verification?

After review, we may:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

The resolution will depend on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Orders that are already shipped
  • Slight color or design variations (as edible decor is handcrafted)
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was caused by Cafe Couture.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Responsibility & Risk

Once an order is marked as shipped:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer and courier
  • Cafe Couture is not liable for damage caused by incorrect storage after delivery
